X’traslide Composite Wearplates

X’traslide wear plate  is a composite  unique product combining  the wear resistance  of extremely  hard particles like Tungsten carbides and low coefficient of friction of Nickel base matrix. It is highly suitable for areas involving  abrasion and sticking of minerals. It can be used on almost any component  in any industry where there is a continual wear problem as also to resist material sticking due to low coefficient of friction.

XL-SLIDE wearplates is a composite unique product combining the wearresistance of extremely hard  particles like Tungsten carbides and low coefficient of friction of Nickel base matrix. It is highly suitable for areas involving abrasion and sticking of minerals. It can be used on almost any component  in any industry where there is a continual wear problem.

The plate is produced as a composite plate having base plate thickness of 3-8 mm and overlay of upto 2 mm thk.

Applications :

Chute liners in slag, flyash, limestones, clinker etc.  Hoppers for material hardfacing Screens in steel and mining industry.
