Ultra 150PC

ULTRA 150PC is developed to resist steel parts inside furnace and hot air ducts from erosion. This is a two component system consisting of ceramic base and liquid activator to be mixed at site. Use multiple passes and ramming to maintain the required thickness of lining. After sufficient air drying and slow heating up to 350°C min., this coating sets into a hard abrasion resistance mass thus preventing the part from erosion.

Applications :

Hot air ducts subjects to erosion from dust laden gases, fumace walls, separators, blast furnace erosion areas etc.

Shelf Life :

1 Year if base and activator are not mixed together and stored in non humid condition between 20° C to 40° C.
