XL-CC62

General Characteristics :

XL–CC62 is thick coated electrode for high wear-resistant facings on structural and machine parts which are subject to high stress abrasion. Due to presence of high percentage of complex carbides, the wear resistance is very high. The welding properties are equally good with DC and AC due to presence of special elements, matrix wear resistance is specially improved.

Applications :

It is suitable for Bucket teeth and shovel lips, Grizzly bars pulverizing and crushing pant, Gravel handling machinery, coal mining equipment, screw conveyors, slag, coal and other vertical mill overlays. Also suitable for pants subjected to erosive wear deu to bolides in the matrix which delays the matrix wear out.
