XL-W57T

General Characteristics :

XL-W57T gives crack free deposit. The weld deposit produce martenstic matrix with inserted Chromium Titanium carbides. The weld deposit has excellent resistant to abrasion and impact. Specially suitable for cladding manganese steel components to arrest initial wear before work hardening.

Applications :

Scraper blades, earth moving and dredging equipment, Chutes, Crushers, Cement Works, Bed knives etc.

Mechanical Properties :

• Hardness of the weld metal : 56-60 HRc (As deposited)
