General Characteristics :

A special rutile coated electrode for joining 18/8 Cr. Ni Stainless steels. Very low carbon content ensures no risk of weld decay in stabilized alloys. Excellent weldability both on AC and DC without spattering for very fine scaled welding seams. Good start and restart characteristics on thin sheet. Slag is very easy to remove.

Applications :

Catering plant Distillery and brewing systems chemical and dyeing vessels and pipe work.

Mechanical Properties :

• Tensile Strength : upto 540 N/mm²
• Yield Strength : upto 320 N/mm²
• Elongation : approx 35 %
