XL-BC

General Characteristics :

XL-BC is a heavy coated hydrogen controlled electrode, specially design for welding of ferritic martenstic chrome steel. The weld deposit which contain approx 13% Cr is air hardenable. Hardening can be avoided through pre heating and stress relieving. Easy to operate in all position. Gives least
spatter. Slag easy to detach.

Applications :

It is suitable for Joining heavy section of steel armature, repair welding of similar corrosion resistance chrome steels and steel castings. For low prices stainless steel cutlery, pump parts, oil refinery equipment, coal washers etc. For general corrosion and heat resisting application.
