General Characteristics :

XL-CC-615 OA is a open arc flux cored wire with complex carbide deposit. Weld deposit forms Niobium-Boron & Chromium carbides with high hardness and wear resistance Weld deposit is specially designed to give extreme resistance t o gouging abrasion with extreme resistance to matrix washout.

Applications :

Bucket teeth and lips on bucket-wheel excavators in coal mines,brick and clay mill augers, hardfacing of mining equipment, impellers, dredgers and wear plates.Specially suitable for slag mills hardfacing.
