General Characteristics :

Special alloy formulation designed to produce hard coatings which resist “softening” at elevated temperature service up to 600º C combined with low co-efficient of friction. Excellent weldability, the coatings will not gall score or seize in service. Ideal for applications involving metal to metal contact. Deposits can be ground to close tolerances to a smooth, highly polished finish.

Applications :

It can be used on steels, stainless steels and cast irons. Recommended uses include all applications where frictional and abrasive wear is prevalent. Other application includes cams, screws, crane wheels & forging dies etc.
