XL-W62 NL

General Characteristics :

XL – W62 NL is specially developed for hard facing on machine parts which are subject to high erosion and abrasive wear. It is also suitable for repair on manganese steels and cast steels with excellent beads.

Applications :

Earth moving machinery parts, bucket teeth, brick plants, cement industry fans, pulverize hammers, jaw crushers in mining, plowshares, scrapers, pug mill, fan blades, exhauster blades, exhaust blades, conveyor parts and for surfacing pipe bends.

Mechanical Properties :

• Hardness : 60-64 Hrc
