XL-CC77E

General Characteristics :

XL-CC77 E is a special welding alloy developed for high temperature erosion applications in steel, power and cement industries. It has very good wear resistance at elevated temperatures. Deposits contain special secondary refractory carbides of Nb, V, W etc to resist matrix wash out. The electrode gives a smooth and clean deposit.

Applications :

XL-CC77 E is suitable for Clinker breakers, Sinter Breakers, burner tips, Tip castings, hot screens, blast furnace bells/hopper and sinter slag conveyers etc.

Mechanical Properties :
