General Characteristics :

XL-CS-32N OA gives a low air hardening type weld deposit. Ideal for building up on crucial wearing parts such as crane wheels, rollers, tractor rails etc. It impressively exhibits high impact properties and resistance for cold deformation with the ease of machinability with carbide tipped tools. Deposits are crack free and can be Flame cut.

Applications :

Used especially for building up on crane wheels, sticker wheels, excavator pins, tractor rails, gears, steel shafts, under carriages of earth moving equipment, crusher rolls, track wheels etc.
