XL-CS-500 OA

General Characteristics :

XL-CS-500 OA is a Chromium steel alloy for multiple layer buildup and hardfacing for carbon, manganese or alloy steel parts. Provides ideal checking pattern to protect parts from warpage. Wide amperage and travel speed ranges. Much more abrasion resistance than “buildup” type materials. Stays on the job under abrasive wear and impact.

Applications :

Dredge pump shells of cast steel, liners and impellers, Crusher Hammers, Rolls and Impactors, Buckets and Bucket Teeth, Tamper Tools, Tractor Treads, Gag Press, Anvils and hammers.
