WRT LPL-80 Air Plasma Cutting Machine

Applications :

The Machine can be used for variety of applications in fabrication, maintenance and repair. The cutting capacity is up to 25mm thick mild steel.

Cutting torch :

The machine comes ready with an air cooled torch which is easy to operate and equipped with safety device.

Operation :

The output current is on the front panel. The operator can select either 40 A, 60 A or 80 A in order to match the power requirements to the cutting conditions. The cutting process is initiated by pressing the torch switch. The pilot arc ignites by HF(High Frequency). By applying the pilot arc onto the work piece, the main arc is ignited. Releasing the torch switch terminates the cutting process.

Safety :

A safety device automatically shuts the machine off in case of overload or insufficient air supply. The LPL – 80 conforms to the standards EN-50192, EN60974-1 and EN-50199. The excellent reliability of the LPL- 80 results in minimum downtime.
