WR-CORD 308

General Characteristics :

WR-Cord 308 is an extra low carbon stainless steel electrode for welding non stabilized Cr-Ni steel of 18/8 type resistant to atmospheric corrosion. Good start and restart characteristics on thin sheet. Slag very easy to remove.

Applications :

WR-Cord 308 is suitable for all Cr-Ni steel of 18/8 types of stainless steel, catering plant, distillery and brewing system. Chemical and dyeing vessels, pipe work etc.

• Tensile Strength : 560-660 N/mm²
• Elongation : 35-40%
