DF-6035

General Characteristics :

DF-6035 is a heat-treatable low carbon, chromium, molybdenum, nickel alloy which develops a medium wearing, machinable deposit. It can resist upto 535°C working temperature.

Applications :

Forging industry – for the repair of reclamation of forging dies (predominately hammer). Also utilized in rams, sow blocks, die holders and die shanks steel mill industry – Steel gears, arbors, shafts and couplings.

Mechanical Properties :

• Hardness : 38 – 42 HRc
