General Characteristics :

XL-CS-520B OA gives weld deposit having good abrasive and impact resistance. It is specially used for applications like bell seating in blast furnaces Wire deposit chrome-tungsten-molybdenum that combines resistance to cracking, abrasion, impact.

Applications :

It is also suitable for conditions of medium abrasion but will withstand a reasonable amount of impact damage like Earth Moving Equipment, Bucket Teeth, Scraper Blades, Ploughshares, Dredgers, Chutes, cutting edges etc.
