General Characteristics :

Special electrode with a fully Austenitic structure for welding heat-resistant Cr- and Cr Ni-steels. The weldments have very high resistance to hot-cracking. Operating temperatures possible to 1200 C. Very smooth and clean weld, no spatter and excellent slag removal.

Applications :

Petrochemical Systems, Industrial and natural gas system, Pressure Vessels and Components. Furnace Parts, Jet and Rocket Engine Parts Steam Raising Systems Liquid Gas Vessels. Anchor welding kiln parts of cement plants.

Mechanical Properties :

• Tensile Strength : upto 600 N/mm²
• Yield Strength : upto 350 N/mm²
• Elongation : approx 30 %
• Impact Strength : 60J @ +20º C
