Wearresist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Vadodara has pioneered the concept of X’tralife treatment to wear & tear parts in the industry since company inception in 1996. It has been helping the core sector industry like steel, mining, cement, power, sugar, shredding etc. by either extending the life of their critical spares or reclaiming used parts so that they can achieve a circular economy by using the same parts over and over again and thereby saving crores of Rupees. Sustainability is not a buzz word for Wearresist Technologies as it is at the core of the company objective of reducing industrial waste. The company can help customers to achieve their task either by providing technology, carry out the work at site or even bring the part (weighing up to 60 tons single piece) to their own works and make it as good as new and with better life than used ones. The company has several innovations to its credit including use of ultrafine carbide alloys in its welding product, bimetal castings, developing import substitution spares, welding automation for it consumables at site etc.

Modular Products Business (MPB) : Offers modular products like X’tralife composite wearplates, X’tralife NM wearplates, XL-AR Ceramics, X’trahard sintered composites, X’tralife burner tips, X’tralife screens, X’traslim wearplates, XL-Clad Tubes, X’tralife Rebuilding services at specialist workshop etc.

Welding Products Business-1 (WPB-1) : Offers welding products like X’tralife Low Thermal Welding Electrodes, X’tralife Tubular Electrodes, X’tralife Pastes, Fusible Powders, Underwater welding electrodes, Brazing alloys etc.

Welding Products Business-2 (WPB-2) : Offers Welding wires/automation products like Solid & FCAW wire & X,tralife maintainance wires, Diefill Wires, Rollwell wire. WRTPL welding machines, WRTPL welding automation equipments etc.

Coating Products Business (CPB) : Offers X’tralife bond coatings R & M products, Floor Coatings, Industrial lining products which resist wear/corrosion from 0.5 to 14 pH chemicals. Also it offers specialized Ultra Coating like for the fire Protection-insulation-improving flow properties etc and WR-technical-sprays.

Field Services Business (FSB) : FSB executes welding , modular& Coating projects at site with own staff and special equipments.

FSB carries following activites :

1) Ceramics and SVCC Coatings on Boilers and other high temperature erosion prone areas. Also it executes metalizing and corrosion resistance projects at site. Additionally it also does both internal / external specialised coating projects on metal and concrete surfaces.
2) Ceramics and welding projects for repair and X’tralife treatment using stick electrodes.
3) Insitu rebuilding services on VRM roller / table liners as also roller proccess with 24×7 attitude using flux cored wires.
4) Specialised site welding services like repairs on kilns, repair of live rings, girth gears, hubs, supporting rollers, mill heads etc.
5) Wearresistant ceramic tiles & X’tracrete seamless ceramic coating at site.

Agency Products Business (APB) : Offers International products to domestic customers.
