General Characteristics :

XL-CC-403B OA is a open arc fux cored wire with complex carbide deposit. Weld deposit forms Niobium-Boron & Chromium carbides with high hardness. and wear resistance Weld deposit is specially designed to give extreme resistance to gouging abrasion with extreme resistance to matrix washout.

Applications :

Bucket teeth and lips on bucket-wheel excavators in coal mines, brick and clay mill augers, hardfacing of mining equipment, impellers, dredgers and wear plates. Specially suitable for slag mills hardfacing.
