XL-CC65

General Characteristics :

XL-CC65 is a very high efficiency electrode giving highly abrasion resistant deposit which maintains properties upto 600º C. Excellent weldability and smooth weld surfaces are characteristics of this alloy. Where deposit of more than 2 layers are required, intermediate weld using XL – SPL are recommended.

Applications :

Sinter slag conveyors, blast surface belts, coke screens and doors and sinter slag crushers, blast furnace bells and hoppers, Sinter chutes and guides.

Mechanical Properties :

• Hardness : 62-66 Hrc
