General Characteristics :

XL-CC-65N OA is a Complex Chromium carbide alloy which will readily show stress relief cracks. It is a complex Chromium-Niobium-Molybdenum alloy with addion of Tungsten & Vanadium designed to resist extremely high stress grinding abrasion with low impact and solid erosion. Temperature resistance is upto 700°C. Ideal for surfacing of mild, low alloy Steels, stainless steels and many other type of steels.

Applications :

Wear plates, Sinter finger crushers, exhaust fan blades in pellet plants, pear lite crushers, chemical pumps, agitators, bucket teeth and lips on bucket wheel excavators in phosphate mines, boiler fan blades in sugar cane industry, burden area in Blast Furnace Bells & hoppers and various other applications.
