XL-CC71

General Characteristics :

XL – CC71 is superior of XL – CC65 with high temperature resistance. It has excellent weldability and smooth weld surface with 240% metal recovery where deposits of more than 2 layers are required, Intermediate weld using XL–SPL are recommended.

Applications :

Sinter slag conveyors, blast surface belts, coke over screens and door and sinter slag crackers, blast furnace bells and hoppers, Sinter chutes and guides coke over screens and doors, Chemical plant catalyst valves and chutes smelter loading chute etc.

Mechanical Properties :

• Hardness : 63-65 Hrc
