Description :

XL-CC-67N is an Iron based alloy with exceptional abrasion and erosion wear resistance with high toughness. The micro structure is such that the matrix is hardly exposed to wear due to the presence of special nano carbides and thereby the matrix wash out is delayed considerably. Crystalline micro structure is engineered to submicron (400nm) size.

• XL-CC-67N provides exceptional wear resistance compare to most Chrome carbides and Complex carbide alloys.
• High resistance to abrasion while maintaining high toughness and maintain high hardness at high temperatures.
• It is multi component steel alloy with unique uniform melt chemistry which allows high under cooling to be achieved during welding resulting into a very unique undiluted micro structure.

Applications :

Screws, Dumpers, Sinter plant applications involving a combination of high temperature, heavy abrasion and impact.
