XL-CC-5249 OA

General Characteristics :

XL-CC-5249 OA is a non–machinable chromium carbide deposit with high abrasion resistance but low impact resistance. The weld metal cracks readily to relieve stresses. Minimum slag formation and ease of handling are prominent characteristics that especially appeal to welder.

Applications :

Wear plates, hoppers, crusher rolls, buffer layers of VRM rolls and tables in cement industries particularly for Ni hard rolls etc, dragline buckets etc.
