Description :

XL-CC-68N is an Iron based alloy with exceptional high stress abrasion with high toughness, high volume of hard phases and superior high temperature hardness. The micro structure is such that the matrix is hardly exposed to wear due to the presence of special nano carbides and there by the matrix wash out is delayed considerably. Crystalline micro structure is engineered to submicron (400nm) size.

• It is multi component steel alloy with unique uniform melt chemistry which allows high under cooling to be achieved during welding resulting into a very unique undiluted micro structure.

Mixers, agitators and other applications involving a combination of high temperature, heavy abrasion and impact.
