XL-CC60

General Characteristics :

XL-CC60 is a super heavy coated electrode for hard facing application on mild steel, carbon steel and low alloy steel where resistance to serve abrasion is necessary. It has a very quite and stable arc. The weld deposit retains hardness at relatively high temp. Use only one or two layers to avoid cracking. Net deposition efficiency : 130% approx.

Applications :

Ideal for application where abrasive and wear conditions exist as in the ceramic industry plough shares, cultivator shovels, coke chutes sand blasting equipment, earth moving equipment and mining equipment subject to heavy abrasion and wear etc.
