X’TRACRETE BWX-400

X’TRACRETE BWX 400 ceramic composite is a cementitious wear protection material. This is based on inorganic materials of high strength and good excellent wear resistance. The pores between the cement portions are filled by the addition of super fine particles of ceramic additives and micro silica.

X’TRACRETE BWX 400 reaches high compressive strength after 8-9 hours and consists of:

  • Hard aggregate materials (Corundum)
  • Cement binder
  • Micro additives

X’TRACRETE BWX 400 structural strength is further enhanced by adding a portion of steel fibres. The specifications of steel fibres are changed depending upon applications and the extremity of temperature chemical attack and corrosion involved. For chemical resistance. X’tracrete is suitable for normal environment but not to resist acidsment but not to resist acids.
