General Characteristics :

XL – CT2009 is a complex carbide-type tubular alloy that resists extreme abrasion. Also Excellent to resist fine particle erosion due to complex microstructure. Relief checks are normal. Finish by grinding if necessary. Non – hygroscopic flux coating designed to run at very low amperages. Lowest fume factor in the industry; little or no spatter with outstanding fluidity. Superior deposits on grey cast iron and mild steel without preheating. Increased productivity is possible by using additional cold electrode.

• Steel mill sinter crushers : Scrapers
• Ban bury mixers : Slurry paddles
• Blast furnace ventilator plates : Augers
• Fan blades : dredge pump impellers.
