General Characteristics :

XL-SPL K is an economical and multi-purpose electrode for joining unknown and de-similar steel combinations. The deposits are highly crack resistant due to duplex structure. The product has good weldability.

Applications :

It is suitable for tools, dies, earth moving equipment spares etc. Highly suitable for weld head repair in oil drilling industry.

Mechanical Properties :

• Tensile Strength: upto 85 kgf/mm
• Yield Strength:  upto 62 kgf/mm
• Elongation:  approx 25 %
• Hardness:  180 – 215 BHN
