Maxcore 316L

General Characteristics :

MaxCore 316L flux cored wire is welded in all positions and is used with CO2 or Argon + CO2 mixed shielding gases. This wire benefits from fast freezing slag systems which assist the operator when welding out of position. The electrode performs equally well when welding in the flat and horizontal positions.

Applications :

MaxCore 316L flux-cored wire is used for welding 20%Cr-12%Ni-2.5%Mo stainless steels. It has wide usage in pulp and paper, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, and marine applications. It has also application in furnace components because of its creep resistance.
