DF-7025

General Characteristics :

DF-7025 specially developed for build-up and hard facing of wood chipper anvils, debarking hammers. It can resist working tempeture upto 500° C. The weld deposit are highly crack resistant, forge able and temper able. It is also suitable for providing cutting edges on carbon and low alloy steels.

Applications :

Ideal for froging dies, stamping, extrusions dies press jacks, drop forging dies, cylinders, punches etc.

Mechanical Properties :

• Hardness : 52 – 56 HRc
