General Characteristics :

Anti-seize properties and extremely high yield point there by preventing wear and reducing galling and seizing on parts where it is sprayed. Provides extremely good protection against galling and corrosion. Low opening torque for non destructive dismantling of bolts and other threaded parts during maintenance. For operating temperature between -175ºC to +450ºC. The coating contains very finally divided Moly particles in a special hydro-carbon carrier which seals and protect metals parts under the most extreme condition of heat, pressure and contamination. The Moly particles fill in the hair line cracks and surface irregularities and ensure a complete lubricating film.

Also find use as lubricant in journal bearings, gears, cams and guide ways and other heavily loaded parts in foundries, steel mills, metal working, power plants, mining, paper mills etc. As a suitable replacement where burnishing is not practical, bolts on injection moulding machines and press fit components.
