XL-CC-701 OA

General Characteristics :

XL-CC-701 OA is a very high alloy Chromium-Tungsten-Moly-Iron composition. Excellent ease of handling with good bead buildup and contour, excellent tie in, minimum slag formation, and very low spatter loss are special features of this alloy. Abrasion resistance approaches Tungsten carbide. It is an economical equivalent to Tungsten carbide hardfacing. Recommended for service involving severe abrasive conditions and for hot wear up to 600°C. deposit characteristics are equally good on carbon, stainless and manganese steels.

Crushers, Pulverizers, Sintering plants, Shredder wear parts, Coke pusher shoes, Ash fans, Cement mill, Feed mill hammers etc.
