Description :

XL-CC-69N provides the ultimate in abrasion resistance. The deposit is very high concentration of Tungsten and other nano carbides in an Iron matrix. The deposit produces smooth welds with good buildup. Excellent arc action, no spatter, no porosity, high deposition rate are characteristics of this alloy and is recommended for service involving extremely severe abrasive conditions.Crystalline micro structure is engineered to submicron (400nm) size.

• High resistance to abrasion while maintaining high toughness and maintain high hardness at high temperatures.
• It is multi component steel alloy with unique uniform melt chemistry which allows high under cooling to be achieved during welding resulting into a very unique undiluted micro structure.
• The alloy is highly suitable for applications involving matrix washout.

Applications :

It is suitable for Crushers,dipper teeth, Coal crusher parts, Shredder hammers, Mixer blades, plows and liners and Screw conveyor flights etc.
