XL-60 SPL

XL-60 SPL is a composite plate with Complex Chromium carbide deposit resisting high stress grinding abrasion resistance up to 600 C.The deposits will readily show stress relief cracks. Special fine carbides of Mo,Nb,V etc add to the wear resistant of the alloy, The process of  manufacturing ensures lowest dilusion and best wear resistant.

Applications :

Wear plates, screens in coal industry, bucket teeth on bucket-wheel excavators, Earth Moving equipment, Groundnut oil expeller screws, shovel bucket teeth and cutting edges etc.
