General Description :

XL-XTRABUILD  is  a  rugged  and  durable  trowel grade wear resistant product. It is a 100% Solids, “0” VOC, nontoxic, two part epoxy product formulated to give the maximum in abrasion resistance at temperature up to 260°C. XL-XTRABUILD is filled with  both  large  particles,  diamond  hard  ceramic beads and small silicon carbide crystals to protect from both large and small particle impact and abrasion. It can be built up to thickness of 2 inches in one coat. It is particularly effective in coal mills and other mining equipment where severe wear conditions exist.

Applications :

It is primarily used in areas where abrasion resistance to both small and coarse slurries are required over large areas. It is typically used in mining industry on chutes, hoppers, classifiers or mills, slurry pumps, pipelines elbows, bends, bins cyclones, silos, ID & Exhaust Fan casings, Blowers etc.
