General Characteristics :

XL-WH L electrode, uniquely formulated to provide coating for high abrasion resistant overlays on plain Carbon Steels, Grey Cast Iron and Manganese Steels. It offers an excellent resistance to low stress scratching type and high stress gouging type abrasion of metal coal, minerals and ores because of the uniform distribution of Carbides in a hard martens tic matrix.

Applications :

XL-WH L is suitable for Mill screws, crushing hammer, Crusher mantle, Jaw crusher, Scraper blade, Bucket teeth etc.

• Hardness : 58-62 Hrc
