XL-CT CI

General Characteristics :

XL-CTCI tubular electrode is made with special flux having no barium compounds. The weld deposit has high tensile strength & elongation compared to equivalent solid core electrode. It has low co-efficient of thermal expansion , offers sound weld metal & good bonding on cast iron in cold condition.

Applications :

Specially suitable for SG, Malleable cast iron, Ideal for joining casting with steel & also surfacing. Repairs of
machine frames, bases, pump bodies, engine blocks, bearing blocks, gears and pulleys, foundry defects, transmission.
