X’TRACRETE BWX-150

X’TRACRETE BWX 150, ceramic composite is a generic name for cementitious wear protection materials. These are based on inorganic materials of high strength and good excellent wearresistance. The pores between the cement portions are filled by the addition of super fine particles of ceramic additives and micro silica.

X’TRACRETE BWX 150, reaches high compressive strength after 8-9 hours and consists of

  • Hard aggregate materials (bauxite)
  • Cement binder
  • Micro additives

X’TRACRETE BWX 150 structural strength is further enhanced by adding a portion of steel fibers. The specification of steel fibers are changed depending upon applications and the extremity of temperature chemical attack and corrosion involved. For chemical resistance. X’tracrete is suitable for normal environment but not to resist acidsment but not to resist acids.
