X’TRACAST CR

X’TRACAST – CR is an innovative casting solution combining  the advantages of conventional casting used as a matrix with excellent wear resistance characteristics of ceramics.

Hammers, blowbar, crusher liners, impactors etc. can benefit tremendously from this technology and offer life span of 2-5 times compared to manganese steels, Hi Chrome alloys, Cr-Mo alloys, martensitic steels etc.

The bonding of ceramic grains is 100% perfect and will not lead to delamination if the base material selection is correct as per application.

X’TRACAST-CR offers :
