XL-BRONZE

General Characteristics :

XL-BRONZE is a basic coated SMAW electrode developing a special tin bronze deposit. It is suitable for welding and rebuilding of brass and bronze alloys. It has high resistance to wear and sea water corrosion. Also the deposit has excellent frictional resistance to steel.

Applications :

XL-BRONZE is suitable for weld plating steel and cast iron. Also useful for weld repairs on gears, pumps, shafts, drums, forming dies, draws and cams etc.

• Tensile strength : 450 N/mm²
• Elongation : upto 20%
• Hardness : 105 HB (approx)
