XL-CC-ONb OA

General Characteristics :

XL-CC-ONb OA is designed to deposit a crack free martensitic alloy. Deposits have high stress abrasion and heavy impact resistance. The microstructure displays martensite matrix, little residual austenite and dispersed Niobium carbides. The deposits can only be ground and can be deposited up to 4 layers. Special procedures needed for heavy compressive load applications like roller presses. Intermediate Crusher rollers, Hardfacing on roller press rolls in cement industry.
