XL-CP-28 OA

General Characteristics :

XL-CP-28 OA is a high Manganese Chrome Nickel alloy formulaon combining strength, duclity and crack resistance. Work hardens under impact. Minimum spaer loss, good uniform slag covering. Non-magnec deposit with thickness as required. Deposits can be flame cut. The welder’s choice for the tougher jobs including buildup and strength welds and/or joining manganese to manganese and manganese to carbon and some low alloy steels. Outstanding metal to metal wear resistance.

Applications :

Dipper and tooth buildup, Crusher Rolls, Dredge Pump Parts, Rolling Mill Couplers, Rolling Mill Spindles, Crusher Jaws, Impact Breaker Bars, Hammers, Shovel Pads, Railroad Frogs and Crossings.
