XL-CP-27 OA

General Characteristics :

XL-CP-27 OA is a manganese steel deposit containing Vanadium. Wide usable amperage range and easy slag removal is characterisc of this alloy. Suitable for mul layer buildup with high deposion rates and has tough deposit. Fast work hardening possible with impact. Deposit can be flame cut. No cracking problems. For building up manganese and carbon steel parts where severe impact is present.

Crusher Rolls, Dredge Pump Parts, Dipper Fronts and Teeth, Impact Breaker Bars, Hammers, Latch Pins, Roll
Wobblers and Spindles, Shovel Pads, Crusher Jaws, Rail road Frogs and Crossings.
