General Characteristics :

Specially coated electrode for hard surfacing carbon steel or manganese steel parts subject to metal to metal wear or to abrasion and impact at temperatures up to 200º C. Also suitable for buttering or reclamation of worn out parts.

Applications :

It is suitable for Hammers, bucket teeth, armour plates, seat of furnace Bells.

Mechanical Properties :

• Hardness : Hardness of weld deposited: upto 250 BHN
• After work hardening : upto 550 HB
