General Characteristics :

XL-CC-430 OA The presence of Niobium Carbides adds to the impact and erosion resistance of the alloy. It is a complex Chromium carbide deposit with high stress grinding abrasion resistance up to 550º C.The deposits will readily show stress relief cracks.

Applications :

Groundnut oil expeller screws, Wear plates, Screens in coal industry, bucket teeth on bucket-wheel excavators, Earth Moving equipment, shovel bucket teeth and lips.
