XL-CP-55 OA

General Characteristics :

XL-CP-55 OA gives non machinable weld deposit having good abrasive and impact resistance. Preheating is necessary to avoid cracking. It can be used as an economic alternative to Chrome carbide wires.

Applications :

It is particularly suitable for conditions of medium abrasion but will withstand a reasonable amount of impact damage . Used to overlay– Earth Moving Equipment, Bucket Teeth, Scraper Blades, Ploughshares, Dredgers, Chutes, cutting edges etc.
