XL-RAK

General Characteristics :

XL-RAK hardfacing electrode is especially developed to deposit partially hemispherical dots on sugarcane crushing rollers. The electrode has excellent weldablity both on dry arcing (drying off season on lathe) and in wet condition when roller is soaked in cane juice (during crussing season) this electrode ensures better grip to sugar cane thereby better recovery and productivity for the sugar mills.

Applications :

Primarily for dry and wet roughening of sugar mill crushing rolls, Also for build up of tips.

Mechanical Properties :

• Hardness : 55-62 Hrc
