XL-CC-OW

General Characteristics :

XL-CC-OW gives a unique crack free weld deposit. Tungsten alloy in weld deposit exhibits resistance to high stress abrasion and heavy impact resistance. Deposit has very good weld bead finish, and good slag removal characteristics with uniform ripples. It is good product to replace tool steel and gives excellent resistances against hot wear

Applications :

Roller Press hardfacing, drawing dies build up and for Intermediate Crusher rollers. Specially suitable for applications involving high compressive loads and frictional wear.
