General Characteristics

Synthetic basic coated stainless steel SMAW electrode. Deposits a 13% Cr – 4% Ni – 0.5 % Momartensitic stainless steel. 120% recovery. PWHT is necessary when XL-SS 23 is used for joining. For surfacing and joining steels of corresponding analysis.
